Qualifications

Installation Specialist
Description
Install prefabricated aluminum balconies and railing systems at commercial and residential job sites. Ensure secure, code-compliant, and visually consistent installations.
Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints and install guides
- Perform safe, accurate installations
- Collaborate with project managers and site foremen
- Represent Viking Aluminum professionally on-site
Qualifications
- Construction or carpentry experience preferred
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
- Must be comfortable with heights and working outdoors

Description
Coordinate between customers, engineering, and production teams to ensure projects stay on schedule and meet Viking quality standards.

Qualifications

Description

Responsibilities

Drafter
Description
Create detailed technical drawings and shop plans for aluminum balcony systems, ensuring accuracy, structural integrity, and compliance with architectural specifications and building codes.
Responsibilities
- Develop precise CAD drawings and fabrication details based on project specifications and design intent
- Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and fabricators to ensure constructability and accuracy
- Review architectural and structural plans to identify potential conflicts or design improvements
- Maintain drawing standards, version control, and documentation within project files
- Support estimation and production teams with technical data and design clarifications
Qualifications
- Proficient in AutoCAD or similar drafting software
- Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret architectural/structural drawings
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Experience in aluminum, metal fabrication, or construction detailing preferred
- Associate degree or technical certification in drafting or design a plus
